Emerald Creek Condominiums in Punta Gorda, Florida had 200+ units with active water intrusion and damage. We inspected the units and identified the scope of repairs, inspected the TPO roofs, tile roofs and shingle roofs, then shrink wrapped them to stop the immediate threat. The damage to the interior of the units and roof replacement was completed.
