FLOOD DAMAGE RESTORATION

Discovery:

  • Board called our services to walk and inspect 266 interior
    units and 19 building exteriors for flood damage
  • 133 interior units and exterior walls were mitigated and
    open
  • Advise board to move quickly and allow our
    estimating teams in to get the project pushing forward

Objective:

  •  
  • Scope interior and exterior renovation
  • Engage engineers and architects to create a plan set for 133 units and 19 building exteriors
  • Submit drawings to city for permitting and approval
  • Design and order all interior finish and hardware specifications with board approvals
  • Have all materials for all units onsite at the start of construction
  • Design labor schedule to accommodate multiple buildings and unit finish outs simultaneously

Result:

  • Drawings for all building secured and stamped in two weeks’ time
  • City permits obtained prior to needed them
  • All materials ordered and sourced prior to start date of renovations
  • City inspected and signed off on all buildings completed
  • Condo owners were able to get back into their units in record time
